Shipping Policy

Journals, greeting cards, keychains, koozies, and decals are typically mailed within one to two days of your order.

LuvSkyy works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship hats, mugs, apparel, park posters, and pillow covers orders. LuvSkyy's shipping policy includes the fulfillment partner's production time of 2-7 business days, plus shipping. Because LuvSkyy works with a partner on select items, that means fulfillment and shipping will take longer than if LuvSkyy had complete control over the process of printing its own designs, but your order will reach you. Your support means a lot. LuvSkyy is in regular communication with them for updates on all orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

LuvSkyy works with professional printing companies to produce hats, mugs, apparel, park posters, and pillow covers on demand and ship it directly to you. Because of the nature of the process, LuvSkyy is unable to offer returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please check the details or the sizing chart in each product listing.

If the item you receive is damaged or defective, please contact LuvSkyy within 5 days of receiving your order so we can have the opportunity to make it right for you. Include photos of the defective product in your message. 

LuvSkyy does not accept exchanges. However, if you need to request an exchange, you’ll pay the return shipping. Contact LuvSkyy within 5 days of receiving your order and we will provide an address to send the item. 

Please do not send the item back to the address on the package or LuvSkyy won’t be able to provide a solution.
